Common questions

Do I need to be in Costa Rica to buy?

Not necessarily. Many steps can be done remotely, and a power of attorney can allow someone to sign on your behalf. Your attorney will advise what fits your case.

Can I buy before I have residency?

Yes. Owning property and holding residency are separate processes. We can connect you with an immigration attorney if you plan to move.

How do you get paid?

[Explain your commission or fee model here.]

Which areas do you cover?

[List the regions you work in, and how you handle requests outside them.]
